???一定要打電話給銀行再確認...
像我女兒是14歲時開的戶...領的卡...
必須要年滿二十歲....打電話給銀行....才能開通...在國外使用
我的失敗經驗是: 把信用卡給插了進去....按錯密碼啦!
幸好我的信用卡的提領現金密碼和金融卡不同...
不然胡裏胡塗給借了錢...都沒有感覺....
