「光之穹頂」出自於國際知名藝術家水仙大師(Maestro Narcissus Quagliata)之手大師所要傳達的是「包容」精神，作品展現出「水」、「土」、「光」、「火」四大區塊的意涵，呈現出人在世界裡，從誕生、成長、榮耀、到毀滅，而後重生的輪迴過程，雖然所要傳達的意義非常深遠，但整個作品卻沒有讓人沉重的感覺。
